We feel there is no need to promote what we do as some kind of secret magic, we have been designing brochures for conventional printing since 1995 and in creating websites all we are doing is publishing in a different medium. We know how to listen to our customers, to find out what they want to achieve, and we can suggest ways to make it happen.

Whilst we still expect conventional printing to be around for a while, what excites us about creating websites is that content can be changed and amended whenever needed. Prices, dates and offers can be displayed and changed at any time. We provide cost effective solutions, you can start with a small website like an online brochure, and as your business grows we can expand your website, introducing more pages and functionality over months or years.

The Lavender Room Hale opened in early March, in February we were asked to design and print their treatment brochures, vouchers and appointment cards. At the same time we took the style, colour and overall design and created their website.

This is a perfect example of how we can look after all the publishing needs of a client, any change to treatments and prices is a matter of one phone call. In any business the easier and less time consuming tasks such as these are, the more energies can be used serving clients, the key area that builds an exceptional reputation. Which is exactly what The Lavender Room is doing!

Hosting and Email

The Mouse House offers hosting to our clients on our fully dedicated server Europa. This provides exceptional reliability with RAID storage and guaranteed uptime.

Some hosting providers use shared hosting, a cheap way to provide basic hosting for many websites. Often shared hosting will mean your site is one of 1000s on one server, resources such as bandwidth and disk space are limited, downtime due to the server crashing is more likely and if any one of the 1000s gets involved in sending spam email the server can be blacklisted, which effects all websites on that server.

We can register domains for clients and if you already have your domain, moving it over to our server is no problem.

A full email service is provided to our clients when their website is hosted by us. We can provide redirecting and forwarding and we can offer help setting up email accounts using mail programs on both PCs and Macs.

In addition all our clients have access to Webmail which enables them to send and receive email from anywhere in the world with a standard internet connection. Also this has proved to be vital where clients need to access email when working onsite within a highly protected area. Some locations are protected for security reasons by inpregnable firewalls which can mean Webmail is the only option to recieve or send email.
